What’s Included:
All accommodations are in a peaceful retreat center, Palos Verdes
All meals from Tuesday lunch to Thursday lunch (healthy catering on site)
3 days of art instruction, art making and optional meditations, yoga and hiking
Some art materials including substrates, collage materials and mixed media tools
RETREAT SCHEDULE
Please note: This is a GENERAL guide. Specifics will be presented during the retreat. Add ons such as evening discussions/hikes/visits will be applied to the schedule.
FRIDAY:
Morning: Meet, greet, journaling, art process explanation and exercises
Lunch
Afternoon: Mixed Media Art Process exercises
SATURDAY:
Optional meditation and yoga
Morning: More Art Process work & discussion on compositional styles and techniques
Lunch
Afternoon: Putting it all together (working with art process materials and individual work with facilitator)
SUNDAY:
Optional meditation and yoga (pack up rooms)
Remainder of the day: Work on own pieces with guidance.
Lunch
Afternoon: Finish off and closing circle.
